1.Dx : Heart Failure

2.양쪽 하지 또는 전신 부종 관찰됨.

3.피부 촉진 시 차갑한 축축한 느낌임.

4.일주일 내 2kg 이상 급격한 체중 증가 보임. 현재 체중 70.5kg 임

5,하루 소변량이 500ml 이하로 감소하며, 짙은 소변 관찰됨.

6,심장초음파 결과

1. LVE, LAE with reduced LV systolic function (EF= 23% by simpson): LVEDd= 60mm, LAVI= 48ml/m2

2. severe global hypokinesia without RWMA

3. LV relaxation abnormality with elevated LV filling pressure (E/e`= 15)

4. moderate MR (GII)

5. enlarged ascending aorta (d= 40mm)

6. scanty pericardial effusion, Rt side

* Strain(philips) : GLPS Avg = -9.4%

7.Chest ap(p) : Cardiomegaly.

8.혈액검사 : NT-proBNP 12900 pg/ml, Troponin - I 0.085 ng/ml

9.ECG 결과Sinus rhythm with frequent ventricular premature complexesFirst degree AV blockModerate ST depressionT wave abnormality, possible anterolateral ischemia

10.익일 CAG 예정되어 있는 대상자임.
